    Inzer is kinda hit or miss these days since they fired the whole staff except for one person.. we have had quite a few shirts blow out with minimal weights but when you do get one that is made right-yep its a keeper

    Metal and power pants arent even in the same league if you are looking at the metal briefs compare them to the Inzer predators I use metal and can only say that i love them..it matters on your squat style the Metals are really only made for wide stance squatting..its hard to keep your legs...

    All gear is like anything else you may get 10 lbs outof a belt someone else may get 30-50 same thing with a shirt some may only get less than 75lbs out of a double ply shirt yet others may get 150-200+

    agree if you do the same exercise week in and week out youll stop making progress... conjugate training allows you to max almsot every week due to the switching of exercises personally i think a very good builder for the bench press is reg and close grip pause presses
