would like to lose weight in mid section

Exactly true. 100%. Spot reduction is a BIG FAT F*CKING MYTH. So take all your ab-doers and thigh-masters and chunk 'em. They're about a useful as a brain aneurysm. When the number of calories burned are greater than the number of calories consumed, your body will resort to fat deposits...

    Sex Before Workout...

Perhaps I'm terribly misled... I was under the assumption that test helps in the repairing/building of muscle, and that the muscles actually did the lifting of the weights... not the test. My guess: Those endorphines released during your sexual fiasco made you feel on top of the world, like...

Is milk good for muscle growth?

um... milk is the only food calves get for the first part of their lives, when they nearly double/triple in size. you think they experience muscle atrophy with that growth? no. milk is awesome for muscle building. the only downside to it is the high amount of sugar, although compared to soft...

Any diet sodas made w/ Splenda?

RC Cola. The could use splenda, but it would cost a fortune to do the switch-over. Nobody gives a rats ass anyway. You and I do, but 99% of people can't even spell "aspartame".

Sugar industry + denial = profit

Sugar isn't the problem, however. The problem is the lack of self-control. There are many MANY ways to fuck yourself up. The difference is that sugar, in moderation, will not affect you like any of the others will. One snickers won't kill you, while one night of unprotected sex with a whore...

    Just started on Creatine

yeah... 2g isn't much. people usually take 10g/day during the "loading phase" for a week. then, 4g/day to maintain. if you're starting, bump it up to 10-15g/day for a week, and then maintain at 4g/day.

Need help shedding LOTS of fat.(long but NEED HELP!!)

proteinfiend and jkurz have great advice. any carbs you do eat should come from low GI sources: veggies, oats, etc. bump up the EFA's up, AM cardio, keep the low GI carbs, dump the fruit and rice. i'd also suggest replacing a protein shake with a can of tuna or salmon fillet.
