I feel sorry for that kid. And the pic is really him i saw him at the Arnold Classic in columbus. He almost looks fake, but i wish that kid the best of luck.
I'm curious what everyones diet consists of on a daily basis(normaly). Getting really tired of eating the same stuff day after day looking for something new.
I've been to a few websites that sell steroids online. To me these seem like sting operations. They are overseas sites (Europe etc.) but still couldnt you get busted having them sent to your house here in the U.S.?

Whats up everyone? I've been lifting for about 4 months now i'm 5'11 170 and respond to weight training perty good. The only supplement i take is whey protein and my diet is good(could be better). I was thinking of taking a few cycles and need steered in the right direction.
