what kind of gear would be good for fighting.

I heard halo is good for fighting, since it makes you rage like a mofo. I don't know much about it and it's hard to find, but I know it increases aggressiveness big time. I used to kickbox and I know a few guys who were on it and they were animals in the ring. They said the strength gains were amazing, but not so much for size.

If your really serious about fighting i wouldnt bulk up to much you will lose endurance.
