YHCL taken orally 10-20 mg 20 minutes prior to cardio on an empty stomach is a proven fat burner. Taken with caffeine it is even more effective. If you take it on a full stomach the fat burning is negated by the insulin. Start at a low dose and work up as the sides can be quite uncomfortable. jb

i think that aromatase inhibitors post cycle are a dangerous thing and can lead to extremely low levels of estrogen with serious consequences. stick to the tried true and researched methods of clomid, nolvadex and hcg! jb
