i weigh 179#. 5'7" tall. i'm on reforvit b right now. (5th week). i can flat bench 365# for 1. 315# for 4. i can close grip bench press (10" grip) 315# for 3 and 345# for 1. is double my body weight a decent lift for a 1 year newby? o yeah. reforvit is good shit. and no flames please...
i only have 3 days of reforvit left and i was wondering if i started T 400 right now, would that be stupid? i have clomid so if need be i can come off all together, but i don't want to.

and arias i don't believe that for 1 second. i work out with a 7% bodyfat beast. he's 5'10" and weighs 215#. and its all upper body. he has puny legs. he only does 455# for 2. and that is staining like hell. lets get real.

uh... yeah....mostly. i didn't change anything else. i think i'm pretty strong to have only been working out for 1 year and for my weight and height. i'm 5'7" and weigh 185# and bench over 300#. so all you smart asses can suck mine.....soon...
