I've ran dbol and winny on the same cycle before but never at the same time. If this is your first cycle I think its great to stick with 1-2 AAS to see what works for ya. I would try the dbol for the first 4 weeks and then finish up with the winny for another 4 weeks. I don't know why...

I'm old school, I believe in forced reps, training to failure and then some. All I think about when lifting is concentrating on squeezing every drop of blood into whatever body part I am working. I also rotate and do medium weight with high reps on occassion to shock the muscle. :chomp:

I do both smith and free weight squats. I extend my legs really far on the smith almost like doing a forward squat and its the best quad exercise period, really helps with overall gains. :chomp:

Calves are like abs, we use them to much and must be hit often. I train them every other day, the days i don't do calves I do abs in their place. :)

Anyone try this thing yet? My friends own the gym that I work out at and I was one of the few who they will let try this piece of equipment. I'm not sure what to think of it. I tried it at 50mhz for 60sec's on calves, quads, tris and chest, and i was pretty smoked afterwards, awesome...

I took this same advice two cycles back and lost the most gains after my cycle, and my nuts took forever to get back to a normal size. I've never had a problem with clomid and it has always helped to return my testes and therefore less gains lost. I have had friends who have had gyno problems...

Two different drugs for two different sides, I use both. I will start my cycle for the first 2wks using 50mg of clomid/ 20mg of nolva ED. and finish 3-4wks after my last injection with the same dosages.

I've Tried PaperBol, PaperStrol and PaperNol. To be honest I've tried some better dbol, but the Strol and Nol was top notch.

Yea, I've read that on here as well, but it took me about 4wks to notice anything or experience any sides so i ran it longer, I also took the Enanthate version instead of the Ace.~2Big

I wouldn't call that a cycle, I would follow up with the T3/clen. I think the diet would be the key factor though. I would run 300mg of test/wk (150mg 2 times a week)/ wks 1-12 300mg of Tren/wks 1-10 50mg of Winny/ wks 10-14 followed by clomind/nolva then follow up using Clen 20mcg no longer...

My last cycle I ran 300mg of G.T. Tren-E/12wks, 150mg 2 times a week. I only got the night sweats on my legs, I think that is where i had stored most of my bf, besides my mid region. I never experienced the cough, except for the time my dumbass licked a small drop than had fallen on the...

Hello all, stopping in for a bit, been busy trying to gain some size and that's all I've had time for the past few months. I rotate my injection sites a lot and have hit about every muscle, and especially on heavy loads, with the frequent injections. I preffer Glutes, Delts, and Tris. :)

Yea, it looks like BD is coming out with some new innovative gear!! I would also like to try their version of Sust, Andropen 275. So much gear, so litte time!!! :chomp:
