Hello all, stopping in for a bit, been busy trying to gain some size and that's all I've had time for the past few months.

I rotate my injection sites a lot and have hit about every muscle, and especially on heavy loads, with the frequent injections.

I preffer Glutes, Delts, and Tris.

Just glutes now with 2x a week shots. With daily I rotate glutes, delts, quads. Used to prefer delts, but had a lump in my left one for a while, so I won't shoot there for a while.

I usually inject in my ass. Just to the right of the o-ring, almost in the sphincter. It's hard like rubber and hurts like a bitch! Am I doing it right?
