Worst supplements ever

Yep! Tried Cybergenics,Boron (another miracle claimer) Orchid (i later found out was a mixture of bull testicles)muscle booster (a plant steroid) all of these products were worthless, i'm sure there are lots more but these are the main things that come to mind.
And back in my day there were no protein stores like GNC so i purchased it at the pharmacy, my first attempt ,i mixed and it all floated to the top in clumps, thought to myself mmmmm maybe i didn't stir it long enough, well after multiple attempts with the same outcome i took my first big gulp!!! MY GOD!!!! its tasted like chalk. i realized then there was no way in hell i was going to finish that, you young bucks today have it made, be grateful!

Hmmm...so many I would have to say 80% of the supplements out there these days are just over hyped, over marketed crap. I fell for a lot of them back in the day. And yeah fell for the Toco 8 and a few other orange oil topical's as well. Thats why anymore I really just stick to a good protein, creatine, and Nitric Pre workout supp.

It's true though. Not only can you get gear easily, but the supplements are night and day. We had HOt STuff, which tasted like ass. Yeast and wheat germ oil and all sorts of worthless garbage. Something like BIG BLAST blows away all the crap that was around and it tastes awesome. Supps to boost free testosterone,(UNLEASHED) lower estrogen, (FORMA) protect the liver, (POST CYCLE) prevent bloating and other sdes (N2GUARD) and mimic roids in-between cycles (BRIDGE). PLus, super plasma serum that's like injectable aminos and IGF-1. We had soy tablets.

FUCK YOU GUYS!!!! lol

Seriously, guys today have a huge advantage. But we had one advantage over them. Because it wasn't so easy, we learned how to TRAIN to make gains. Guys today can take all this stuff, throw the weight around a little and make gains. But the ones who are serious wind up looking amazing!

Cybergenics...rofl. Yeah, I remember doing that. It was gonna be a new me! lol. did y'all get the recorded cassette in your box? The voice of Frank someone; I forget.

Back in the 80's I recall Gamma orizonal, Vanadyl sulfate, liquid smilax and some others new on the scene.
Remember all the quick product switches they did when andro was taken off the shelves, trying to rename the ingredients to sound similar that did absolutely nothing?
To think that they made all that money from us and it's legal for them to do that. that's a crime.

The first MetRX in the two containers that had to be mixed before drinking...lol...what a marketing gimick! I fell for it.

But I must say, some of the worst product promises are the "Great Tasting" labels on protein powders that were truly hideous! All of the GNC brands made me wanna puke. And I still don't like Muscletech flavors. Blech! Muscle Milk is my fav. The new canned MetRX drinks are tasty without being too sweet.
I wish someone would manufacture a protein bar that doesn't have to mimmick the syrupy sweetness of a GodDamned candy bar. Some are getting better though.

I got taken by multiple bottles of cyto something by Cytogenix maker of exenadrene(SP) 80.00 a pop for 3 or 4 months till I realized the adds are lies. Bodybuild . puke recently emailed me some shit about pink magic form somewhere. Said order before its all out. I check back often to make sure they are always in stock with that rip off.

When I finally switched from aerobics to weights I bought an unopened cytogenix kit from a friend for $20.00. I thought it was a deal getting a $120 worth of supps for $20.00. I still got ripped off....what a waste.

It still all comes down to this! Although we might have some Splenda and Stevia and better Protein extraction and purification processes in place - nothing will ever trump or replace work and calculation.
