Eh, men are more visual animals to begin with and honestly, you boys are more obsessed with size than we are on multiple levelsObservation: (Although not a surprise)
We have the majority of men who say "beauty" is a must along with another trait. We have several, big tits (me included). But, not one response from a woman has said anything about looks, muscles, etc. They never mentioned anything about being well endowed either.
funny..... especially since we're on a BB site.

For that matter, generally speaking, I think men and women lift weights (NOTE, I did not say work out/stay fit) for different reasons. Women who lift serious iron do so almost purely for themselves, even facing potential contempt from other people. We do it for confidence, to be self sufficient or to feel strong. Many, many men just want to "get big" or generally be the biggest, strongest dude in the room.
Really, age has quite a bit to do with how you answer the question. My criteria for what were necessary qualities in a mate changed quite a bit between the ages of 18 to 30. For example, when I was 18 I couldn't imagine myself being with a guy who was my height (in my case, it could be a chore as I'm 5'9" barefoot). Hence, immediate attraction to husband #1 at 6'5" even to the point of "overlooking" personality traits he had I didn't like. My current husband is barely 1" taller than me and I feel like I tower over him when I wear heels. However, we are totally mentally in sinc. After 15 years, we laugh, love, and are still each others best friend.
In the end, being with someone you can spend 24 straight hours with without thinking "God, shut the fuck up and go die" is a hell of a lot more important than how attractive a couple you make, IMO.
