Yeah...You apparently do and if you dont WANT meal planning then no one here is going to take you seriously when talking about DRUG use. If your body fat is too high can run into all types of health problems and risk much high estrogen related problems as well.

I wouldn't advise you come onto he board and start telling people what you THINK you do and don't need. No one on this board is just going to CO-SIGN your idea and tell you its a good plan when it isnt.

my bf is around 20%-25%, its not that fucking high, at 120kg i have a 6pack

You have 25% bf and a 6-pack...Sigh...*smh* Neways, 1/4 of your total body weight is FAT and you think thats not high? Remember your organs make up most of that other weight, so muscle is only a part. If 1/4 of your body is FAT, you need to check your diet for HEALTH issues if nothing else.

You have 77lbs of fat AT LEAST of your body with those measurements, yet you think you are not THAT fat, not THAT unhealthy, and you claim to have a 6 pack? Of beer? Or is that visceral fat trying to push and rip out of your body? Dude, if you do a cycle of nething right now, you may very well die...end of story. Any questions?

We are trying to help you, If you want to be successful in Olympic weightlifting then yes steroids are required, but so is a good diet and a healthy body. If you dont care about your diet then there is no chance of you being successful in your sport.

If you live in a former USSR country then i bet you have a fairly high fat intake. If you take those fat calories and replace them with carbs and protein you will see strength gains and faster recovery as well as improved health.

And why they think that im not care about my diet? Its because my 140kg? i sonner or later im doing about 220 230kg of clean and jerk, you know what is this? I follow a diet made by my coatch, but unfortunately whem the talk is about EA´s hes simply dont care... and yes, my country is Russia
 
can you post your diet, I think having 15-20% bodyfat is fine if you are a superheavyweight weightlifter and its going to improve your strength being at that bodyfat but you are already at 20% bodyfat and if you do a steroid cycle without attention to diet you will put on too much fat and get could face health problems.

If i was in your situation i would do a cycle but my goal would be to lose some bodyfat during the cycle. You can still add muscle and strength even when losing fat because you are young and inexperienced with aas.

Why does your coach not want to talk about aas?
