1ST injectabe cycle - opinions needed BULKING

I want to do my first injectable cycle, I've done 2 oral cycles, they both were Dbol at 50mg ed, for 5 weeks, each.



My current stats are:

Height: 1,86m - 6.1 feet
Weight: 140kg - 308 pounds
Age: 22
BF: it's high, don't know exactly, and don't really care




I want to do a cycle for strength and mass, I don't care about raising bf.

Please give me your suggestion for a good bulking cycle and PCT, having in mind I can't keep pregnyl in the fridge for more than a few days, so I can't do it during the cycle, and will have to do it in the end.
 
Bulking at that weight/bodyfat% would be bad for your health. also its much harder to add muscle when you are obese because 1. studies show myostatin levels are significantly increased in obese individuals 2. You will have higher estrogen levels because aromatase is produced in fat cells.

The drugs you use don't decide if your cycle is a bulk or a cut but your diet and training do.

Are you trying gain weight/strength for a sport or what are you reasons for wanting to stay at a high BF%

I dont compete in bodybuilding contests, i do WHEIGHTLIFTING im my country in a amateur level by now...

Since i'm a semi pro artist i know what that is ,so whats the connection to steroids?

Regardless you need to get in shape before doing another cycle, Steroids Raises Blood Pressure, raises Cholorestrol levels, and taxes the liver & heart.

The Best thig you can do at the moment is Cardio, Learn to eat healthy,

You need at least 6-7 smaller servings per day with some Protein in each.You're either dedicated or your not, You can do this by eating clean whole foods,not processed.
Protein should come a variety of things.Seafood is one of the best sources of Protein because it's usually low in fat. Fish such as salmon is a little higher in fat but it is the heart-healthy kind: omega-3 fatty acids.

White-Meat Poultry
Stick to the white meat of poultry for excellent, lean Protein. Dark meat is higher in fat. The skin is loaded with saturated fat, so remove skin before cooking.

Pork Tenderloin
This great and versatile white meat is 31% leaner than 20 years ago.

Soy
Twenty five grams of soy Protein daily can help lower cholesterol and reduce the risk of heart disease. Combine soy Protein foods like tofu with a healthy low fat diet.

Lean Beef
Lean beef has only one more gram of saturated fat than a skinless chicken breast. Lean beef is also an excellent source of zinc, iron, and vitamin b12.

I train for 10 years now, my snatch is at 160kg and my clean and jerk is at 197.5kg, i don´t need meal planing.

Yeah...You apparently do and if you dont WANT meal planning then no one here is going to take you seriously when talking about DRUG use. If your body fat is too high can run into all types of health problems and risk much high estrogen related problems as well.

I wouldn't advise you come onto he board and start telling people what you THINK you do and don't need. No one on this board is just going to CO-SIGN your idea and tell you its a good plan when it isnt.

my bf is around 20%-25%, its not that fucking high, at 120kg i have a 6pack
