Dedication...not really, I had a lot. Probably overtrained for years.

Stairmaster...not at home, but definitely at the gym. I even have a threadmill and a powerplate (galileo) at home!!

Now seriously, what I never had was the strength of will not to overeat, especially at night. I get home feeling so tired and miserable that I always end up indulging myself... At least I enjoy it!! :D

So...dedication. Dedication to your diet. I seriously doubt you are at 4-6% bodyfat if you are "indulging" yourself every night with food. Unpossible! Anyway bro, if you're not going to compete (which judging by your height/weight you aren't) then stop worrying about a few percentages in bodyfat. I'm sure you look fine...probably better than most people around you.

Sounds like you knwo what to do though. Control those nighttime indulgences and maybe up the cardio a bit.

OP, You need more diet and less drugs. 20 is too young for aas imo, and you will not get cycle advice here. Lay off the clen and eca too for that matter. Why don't you post you daily diet? This is where you are going to lose that last bit of fat. Not drugs.

yea t3 is good but im not sure its for you mate, dnp i would say is also a no no unless you like to risk death? if you want to run gear then a nice little cutter stack would look like test-400mg/wk 10wks
winny-50mg eod 4-6wks
t3-start at 25 and work up to 75mcg then back down
swap every 2-3 wks through out cycle
clen-20-80mcg
yea 20 is a bit young but i started at 18 so i cant say not to or im a hipacrit.

Its ridiculous to assume we can help without seeing what you're eating bro!

STOP shoveling food down at night!! That will work wonders. Try this: whey, ice, coconut milk or skim milk or water, sugar free jello. BAM blend that ish, sip sloooowly!
