I've had packages stay at customs for around 12 days before and still got my package. Thats not always the case though, you could be unlucky.

sometimes they dont update the shipping status. I have had many packages show up while the status still said it was at customs

O true buddy. I am not worried. It will get resent. 15 years of this and only my 2nd loss. Not bad!
