Need to stock up on some supplements for my DC training

thanks for the replies guys. I just got Ultimate nutrition taurine and tri-phase glutamine - supposed to be good.

I'm gonna grab some dymatize xpand for creatine + arginine and gonna grab my grizzly belt tmrw

nothing like having a local popeys lol

Both SizeOn and Needto's Muscle Replenisher have creatine. Good luck man, you've always known what you are doing, not sure why you are asking, lol. :p

I've never taken glutamine or taurine. EVER. Well, consistently at least. I've take glutamine a few times here and there but never consistently.
 
Alcatraz, you are working with DoggCrapp or just following his routine?

Have you done DC training before and if yes, how was it? I've read that nothing beats it for strength. But I still can't wrap my head around such a low volume workout. Please share your experiences, thanks bro.

I'm working on my own but reading stuff that Doggcrapp has written over at Intense Muscle. Also, with the help of out great board members, i.e. CEO, bblazer and Future and many others, I'm able to motivate myself and gather enough strength and courage to do DC training. It's pretty fuckin intense and low volume isn't exactly the way I would lable it lol

bro I would stay clear of glutamine. If you have the money for it and don't mind spending it then go ahead but glutamine doesn't produce any noticeable results with increased dosages. Your body produces enough.

One supplement I highly recommend is BCAA's. I believe they are more important than protein for post-workout. 10 grams of branched chain amino's daily.

I've seen an already improved recovery in two days on glutamine...high dosages...maybe it's just psychological but I'm recovering

really? how many g a day? i've had a short stint with it so couldnt tell ya how I felt on it. I was just going off a study that was done in canada awhile back. Nelson knows.

p.s. don't forget your Branched chain amino's.

recommended dosage is 10 grams a day I'm taking 20 grams a day
