Next door neighbour kid vandalizing my.....

Little shit who lives next door keeps taking the piss. He stood on the bonnet of my old car and made it sag at the side. My car was parked right next to the fence post he uses to climb over his side gate, exactly next to the part of my bonnet that was pressed in. I have found a nail in my car tyre before. And also found nails on my drive way, it all started when my mom told him to stop kicking the ball at the house... he was doing it on purpose.
Then after that he started to tell his freinds to kick the ball at the house instead. I have told his parents before about the football but they say he said it wasnt him and they believe him...
I drove past him few days back i had the window down and i could of sworn i heard him say hows your bonnet. So i pull over and notice my bonnet has lots of scratch marks (this is on my new car) that scratch remover failed to get out. The kid is only about 14 or 15 so a bit to young for me to teach a lesson. I dont think theres any point telling the parents as they dont seem to listen.

What would you do ?

No hell he ain't. Now you just put on your big girl bonnet and drop a bar of soap down in a sock and wait until dark when he is by himself. You break jaw, teeth, nose, and that fucker will be TERRIFIED of you to do anything else in the future.

Catch it on video, cameras that even have infrared are getting both small and cheap, then take the family to court for repairs of car :)
 
Am I the only one that is willing to admit to beating some kids ass if he fucked with my car(s).

Any idea how the local police would respond to the evidence you have so far? Would they be likely to take it seriously enough to speak to the kid and his parents?
 
I agree with AAP. That kid needs an ass whipping. Wait til dark, use a mask and beat the absolute fuck out of him. Dont say a word to him when you're doing it either. They will never be able to pin it on you. He'll get the picture.
 
Reporting it to the cops won't do shit but give him the satisfaction of knowing that you know who did it but can't do shit about it. Then he will just do it over and over.

Little bitches like him will always have a problem with respect for others and their property. He will never learn. Only way you are going to deter him away is with fear. You just cold flat whup his ass to the point that he is absolutely scared shitless of even looking towards your car. You don't have to let him know who did it. Chances are the little bitch has pissed off other people with the same kind of bullshit like this. It could be anyone. He won't know. You just beat the living fuck out of him with something other than your hands and feet so you will not have any swelling or bruising should the police question you.

Don't be bashful about it. Just pick up a broomstick and wait on him. Or put a mask on and just football punt him right in the balls.

I agree with beating him. Odds are his parents just ignore him and his problems so that's why he thinks there are no consequences for his actions. Create a really bad consequence in the form of a good solid beating he needs quite badly.

Just don't get caught.
 
RottenWillow, i think cops are cops wherever you go. They would just say i have no proof so they can't do nothing but will go next door and ask him if he has done things, wich him and his parents will deny. And of course what AAP says, the kid will prob think he's got another 1 up. I don't bother anybody keep myself to myself. If you come out the house and see the kid next door, he does this thing where he cringes up his face and squints 1 eye and just stares at you. He's like a text book example of an annoying kid. Sometimes he even comes up to the fence and looks over and does it if we are round the side of the house.
I'm against violence i really try hard to resolve anything without violence. But feel like i'm at a loose end,
i have freinds who would probably smash his face in and steal or damage some of his property if i wanted, but last thing i want is for cops to come searching my house and stuff.
My lil bro said he gets clever with alot of people at his school and then says he has a big dad if any of them do anything, his dad is pretty big and i hate to sound like an ass, but size doesnt mean much to me as i am not exactly small and have done quite a bit of boxing and mma so would not be intimidated if it came down to his dad getting irate with me about anything. His dad seems like a decent bloke and i say hi to him but thats it, because i feel wats the point getting freindly with the guy, i'm just going to end up falling out at some point, and i cant say your son has done this and that because he probably thinks his son is an angel and wont listen. Judging by how they have responded before when i have tried to tell them what their son has done.

For example, If my son had issues with an older kid in school bullying him and the school didnt stop it, I would go see the kids dad and tell him you and I are going to have a very serious personal problem if it happens again. If it does I would beat his ass. If the kids dad gets beat down because of his asshole son I guarantee he will take action on the kid.

Short of that....I'm with AAP. Beat the kids ass.
 
thats why i like to provoke people into escalating to illegal activities, theyll always be the ones found in the wrong. that and i welcome the opportunity to "defend myself."

I'd piss him off and then get a good camera that records things at night and sit there and wait in my yard until I catch him in the act, record him then call 911 in the middle of it and then press charges for the damage.

Best solution is motion sensor camera, like said above, and then press charges.

It would be fun to beat some 15 year old punk's ass. But not fun to sit in a jail cell.

only thing to do is a remote camera.. set it up with a motion detector.. then when it catches him, get the police involved.. I'd file a complaint about the vandalism, then set up the camera, that way his parents can pay for all the damage that is done to the car.. you know the parents are financially responsible right??

Thats my car, my money that paid for that car. Hell if I get you in trouble the the law and have to pay taxes on top of my car payment because you are a juvenile bastard!!!!!!
