Need2 Protein Bars and the water

haha ok this isnt the normal question, but how much water are you guys adding into the mix? i know it says 1/4 cup, but i was reading where everyone was adding a little more, but i was wondering exactly how much more. so how much water do you add to your bars?

I don't know about the rest but I never added water. PB and honey was enough. just mix it very well, with patience for several minutes with your hands and it will make a nice mass.

I add some skim milk instead of the water and reduce the honey. i added coconut flakes this time also and that was pretty good. Not sure how much milk...probably about a 1/2-3/4 cup.

here is what i do and it works well for me. i put in the PB and honey first, add 1/4 cup of warm/hot water and mix it up good before adding the dry mix. add about half the amount of dry mix and stir, add other half and stir. then i add 1/4 cup more warm/hot water and mix by hand using a squeeze and fold method.

Do it all by the directions. At the end if its still to dry just add a little bit of water at a time well you mix it till you get it just right.

i've been throwing the mix in the ol blender to help cut. using it as replacement meals.
I was thinking about trying it as a drink. Has anyone jsut mixed it with a spoon with milk to drink it?
When using the blender, are you using all the ingredients:peanut butter, honey, etc?

Was the peanut butter and honey all that was needed to make the cakes? I saw where someone made a pan of them with berries, etc.
