Most reliable signs of gyno? Excluding puffy nipples?

they are really sore and sensitive. youll know. they hurt touching anything.

not to scare you guys but i found a lump under mine and didnt have any soreness or itchyness or sensitivity whatsoever.

the only hint i got that my estro was running high (and to start a lil a-dex) was that i started missing my family and got all teary eyed while watching a skii documentary...LOL

as you probably already know running gear with no ai's is kind of like running a marathon with no water stations. you just dont do it. you need to kick that in the ass before you wind up needing surgery. start eating lots of portabella mushrooms and broccoli and buy an oc ai while you wait.

I know its stupid. I ordered adex about a month before my cycle started from 2 different places. and i just figured i could start.. worst case scenario i would start the adex a week late. Now im so pissed cause im almost into my third week and my nips are pissing me off. It should be here anyday now. Its stuck in customs. How much should i take now that i actually have some symptoms? i was thinkin .5mg EOD??
and if theres a problem after the cycle i could get some letro and get rid of it hopfully?

You sure it was nolvadex or clomid? Ive never heard of that teary eyed shit with arimidex.
My nipps never get itchy or hurt when you press but when they get aggravated they feel like they are burning.

hmm, im on my first cycle right now and both of my nipples are very sore. its not extrememly painful but i feel my shirt against them alot and anyhting else that touches them. Im waiting for my adex to come in.

You should always have everything on hand before starting any cycle, now what if it doesn't come in for some reason or another???Do you have PCT or are you waiting for that also?

Viratase is very similar in terms of chemical structure to proviron.it is OTC.

Also B6 will help some
and Flax seed oil the increased essential fatty acids, (notably Omega 3's) flaxseeds contain lignans, which have been shown to have anti-tumor properties. What does this have to do with gyno? Gyno is, in a way, a benign tumor. Flaxseed oil should be a part of every bodybuilder's supplement regime for health, strength and prevention of gyno. Flaxseeds in their original state are good also .

hey there im 17 and im on a Test Eth at 500mgs/wk and i've puffy nipples. i can feel a small amt of hard tissue at my nips bt they dont hurt or feel sore when i touch em. i dont know if it's gyno or just fat. can someone help me??? should i be taking arimidex or proviron to destroy the gyno if i have it???
