Most reliable signs of gyno? Excluding puffy nipples?

I know a lot of guys have nipples that tend to seem puffy at one point of the day, than normal another point in the day. I'm one of those guys lol and it's been that way even before any gear, so what are the best signs of gyno? Tenderness? Lumps?

A lump that would be caused by gyno would always be sore??

i have lumps under my nipples or what feels like lumps, its wierd though when i flex my pecsthe kinda dissapear so im not sure if its muscle tissue or gyno. my nips are not sore or itch or puffy...hmmmm

If it's painful you know more then likely that you have gyno

hmm, im on my first cycle right now and both of my nipples are very sore. its not extrememly painful but i feel my shirt against them alot and anyhting else that touches them. Im waiting for my adex to come in.

for me i have peasized lump under my left and hardly anything under my right

sometimes i think its gyno, sometimes i think its just a fat cell.

fuck who knows, i never got any sore or itchy nipples for all i know it had been there before.

if ur nipples are puffy and saggy u prob have gyno lol

as you probably already know running gear with no ai's is kind of like running a marathon with no water stations. you just dont do it. you need to kick that in the ass before you wind up needing surgery. start eating lots of portabella mushrooms and broccoli and buy an oc ai while you wait.

they are really sore and sensitive. youll know. they hurt touching anything.
