You will not expect to see any noticable effects of EQ until Week 7-8, I am running a 20 + Weeker here!

I think it's the ideal compound for endurance athletes, add Tbol for a burst of strength and Bam! There you go, I always add a bit of Test for libido purposes,But at your age i highly doubt you will need it!

I have been pondering tbol as well...hmm... You think I should hit that at about what, 50 mg ed 1-6? And that is definetly a long eq run!! I may take mine out that long..we shall see. I think I'm going to have prop and enth on hand in case I feel supressed weeks into my EQ..

What do you think of proviron for a libido boost during my EQ run?


Like you said, I am fine now..I think about poon 24 7. And it doesn't help that I see georgous women all day at work.

But I am embarking into uncharted waters with the EQ...very excited to see what it does to my cycling/running though.

I just looked over my calendar and realized I'm on week 10. The past 2 weeks have been phenomenal. I don't want to stop working out in the gym. My pumps are crazy. My muscles look striated and full. Veins everywhere. Just an amazing look. Everyone was TOTALLY right when they told me to run the EQ 16 weeks because only now am I starting to see the TRUE effects of it...and to think I was happy in week 4 when my veins were popping out lol...

I'm lovin the enthusiasm about EQ! For anyone who has done a long cycle (16+ weeks) how keepable are the gains with a Test/EQ cycle??
 
I usually see improvements in endurance around week 9 or 10 with eq. This is one of the main reasons i like to stack my tren with it: It keeps my cardio functioning through the tren.

Now: Do NOT consider using anadrol for endurance sports. It would be a huge mistake. The water weight gained would slow u down much more than any benefit from increased RBC could compensate.

If u are sane enough to avoid EPO and still want ur per formance enhanced eq is the way to go.

20-30mgs is enough on Tbol, and having a bit of test on hand is fine(doesn't matter about the ester).Provirion is not needed.
as others have said everything starts happening around Week 7-8 ,Vascularity,Perforamce,etc & gains are mostly keepable.

Test and EQ are my favorite cycle. Running it right now. I just started adding D-Bol mainly because I have had some for a long time now and never ran any. SO test EQ and a few weeks o D-Bol work wonders.

About the endurance issue. The last cycle of Test and EQ I ran it increased my RBC so much my doctor thought I had liver cancer. I knew what was happening but I couldn't tell my doc. SO I just let him freak out. But the EQ will increase your RBC. And that will increase your bodies ability to carry O2. Go for it. But don't run it for less then four months.
 
eq stimulates the release of Erythropoietin in the kidneys.................

Erythropoeitin is a hormone known as EPO and heavily abused among endurance athletes because it signals the body to increase the production of red blood cells (erythrocytes). Red blood cells are the carrier of oxygen in the body, meaning that a higher maximal oxygen capacity can be obtained and better performance can be achieved over longer amounts of time before lactic acid is built up, which would in turn result in cramps and a cessation of the activity at that level. In short it improves your stamina. For bodybuilders this characteristic may be useful in promoting increased vascularity.
