TO: VETS; on EQUIPOISE and endurance..

Wow thank you fellas for the feedback. I am definetly going to hop on the eq for the summer/fall season, prolly 400 for 16-18 weeks. Maybe some test a few weeks in, and definetly hcg. And knowing my anxious self, I will prolly be needing to xanax as well. But I need those once a month or so just because my life is hectic.

And SouthernLord, I like good old pharm grade arginine, creatine, and glutamine. Some coq10 works well also... I know there are so many endurance geared supps out there..I want to try them all, just dont want to waste my time you know? I have a close friend who is also a duathlete, and he uses Phosphagen, and swears by it. Last summer I was really into eating a bananna, with peanut butter 10 minutes before I would jump on my bike. Then, like 2 mins before I got on the road, I would take 2 gulps of pure honey. Really helped with longevity and keeping me aerobic for longer! You should try it..The fat and protein in the peanut butter for long lasting energy, the medium burning carbs in the bananna for miidle "fuel tank" energy, and the honey to get everything started!
 
I just looked over my calendar and realized I'm on week 10. The past 2 weeks have been phenomenal. I don't want to stop working out in the gym. My pumps are crazy. My muscles look striated and full. Veins everywhere. Just an amazing look. Everyone was TOTALLY right when they told me to run the EQ 16 weeks because only now am I starting to see the TRUE effects of it...and to think I was happy in week 4 when my veins were popping out lol...


hey bro, i took your advise in the other post about eq and am going to run it in a couple of weeks. im running it for 16 weeks
