Is life less random after college?

http://i42.tinypic.com/9k8epf.jpg

I had high school credits. I don't do summer school......ever. And i've had jobs since Sophomore year of high school. I've got the W.E.

Good girl. U wore head protection.
Good pic.

Yea, I go in the summers bc I made a deal with my dad. If I go all year long, he pays all the tuition so I won't have any school dept when I'm done.
Damn good deal. I couldn't pass it up.
My undergrad isn't cheap and tha med school I hope to attend is 25,000 more a year than all the other med schools in the state.
So, yea. I'm goin summers,2.

Only if you want it to be. Most people fall into line and do what they are told to do eventually. Get married, buy a house, get a dog, have a kid, do yard work, dinner with the in-laws, die.

But some of us actually enjoy the random and end up in the reverse situation as you - I find myself fighting as hard as possible to fend off the structure and routine that the world shoves down our throats.

it's always a battle

Agreed, I have always done things backwards mit seems in regards to the social norm timeline. I now find all of my married with kids friends being miserable and living vicariously through me.

I do envy certain parts of their lives but do not regret having made the decisions I have thus far.

summary: do what feels good but in moderation with no expectations and you will live the dream.
