Hey everyone

I am wondering is it better to buy those 60+ dollar proteins? I mean isn't Whey Protein all the same? I know some brands add other stuff in it and I've had a lot of different brands and just wondering is it worth the extra cash or should I spend it elsewhere.

I get this protein from Costco it tastes pretty good so and has a decent amount of protein; it is like 30 dollars so that is a bonus. I believe it is called Leanfit Whey Protein. What is your guys take on it?

Here's the Nutrition Facts:
Serving size: 32g (1 scoop)

Calories 120
Fats 2g
Saturated fats 1.4g

Cholesterol 55mg
Sodium 18mg
Potassium 250mg
Carbohydrate 2g
Fibre 1g
Sugars 1g
Protein 25g
Calcium 185mg
Iron 1.5mg

BTW: I live in Canada.

super plasma bovine raw protein powder. make your own flavoring with it. or any of the other raw powders they sell. that is the best way to go as far as i have found.

a lot of those cheap powders are packed with garbage and they dont even have what they claim in them. for example it says whey but when you read the actual ingredients it will say that there is soy in there. so the 50g whey you think your getting may only be 30g. i find huge differences in protein qualities. the one that i suggested is what i use and find it to be superior to most that i have tried.
