Hey everyone
I am wondering is it better to buy those 60+ dollar proteins? I mean isn't Whey Protein all the same? I know some brands add other stuff in it and I've had a lot of different brands and just wondering is it worth the extra cash or should I spend it elsewhere.
I get this protein from Costco it tastes pretty good so and has a decent amount of protein; it is like 30 dollars so that is a bonus. I believe it is called Leanfit Whey Protein. What is your guys take on it?
