Since 1988, I have been using AAS. I learned from the best in the bizz while working in his gym. My cycles during the past 10 years would usually attract questionable reasoning. So I will posting them on here. For the first time in 21 years i have been off for three years now. that means NOTHING AT ALL. During this time my bf% has increase to an alltime high. I feel the past use of slin is to blame for alot of that. My health in my opinion has been the worst during this time off.
I had a shoulder injury which required a slap repair surgery where my biceps were detatched and brought to the front to be screwed in. Three days later my arm swelled up. It was discovered that I had two clots in that arm each 8 inches in length. Before i left the doctors office I had a room number at the hospital. I was put on critical for a week while heperin pumped through me. Don't know if anyone has stayed in a hospital for more than a week but it sucked for me. After being released I went home having to do everything with my left arm. AND I MEAN EVERYTHING. Then on Christmas eve, I was carfully taking my shirt off and tore the same biceps. Straight to the emergency room I go. Another surgery and here I am.
My point is that I'm tired of this condition I've been in. I have givin advice over and over again on the use of AAS. But I need help now.
In a nuttshell. I did the pros and cons to it all and I'm coming back.
RADAR? OMEGA? ANYONE?

I Went thru the same thing once, tore my delt & Bicep both at the same time ,2 weeks before i was to compete, i could't lift my right arm for over a year & 1/2, They wanted me to go thru physical therapy-i said screw that esp at $420.00 pre scession,I did my own by slowly trying to lift books,it took forever before i could raise my hand let alone lift a spoon.
Take it easy and give it time.

You have to turn this negative into a positive. If you never had a injury you might have never found out about your blood clot until it was to late.

True true!!! We are still here and you can still grow, just take the time to heal. I am 37 and yeah my use of steroids is oppisite of yours, I mean I was off for years then on a few times in between. Aging sucks I can no longer throw a baseball with out causing major pain in my shoulder. When I would train without being on yes you guessed it more pain Its the shits getting older. But I listen to my body I know I am not 20 something shit I almost ain't 30 something so take your time grow gracefully and when you can cycle on do it but be smart bro be safe there is more to life than being huge. I said more, I did not say being huge isn't everything!!!!
