After I quit work doing electrical my grip strength has gone to shit. I was deadlifting 400 at one point and now can't get 335 up because my grip sucks. Also for some reason straps don't help. So I was wondering what are the best two grip exercises to do? I don't want ones that just allow you to close grippers. Ive tried doing like wrist roll exercises and wrist curls, but just go backwards in strength and it doesn't make sense. Maybe I should just start using nut drivers and wire cutters more.
