Grip strength is bad!!!

Felix has huge fuckin hands. When i shook his hand it pretty much wrapped all the way around mine and i dont exactly have small hands.

lol...he's a FUCKIN BEAST

Yeah I was trying to do those with dumbbells, but had problems with 100 lbs. and it's really sad. I should have never stopped doing deadlifts.

Also I'm sure I was using the straps properly, but I just think they are crappy. I think they are made by Tko and don't get many wraps around the bar and the material is really thick.

Those straps you mentioned suck big time, I use Altus straps made in China much better than those, the only problem is that they fucking rip my wrist skin off.

Yeah what I figured, but I thought it could just be me. The funny thing is they cost more than the Iron Mind raps.

Anyone know were I could buy these grippers? I would only get the #1 and I dont even know if I could close that... what do you think? a 14 year old be able to close a #1? How hard are they?

Ironmind Enterprises

If you order one get the "trainer" model. The number one is tough. I have a solid grip and I work with the number one. The trainer is tough but manageable. You should be able to close the trainer, but I doubt for many reps. The best thing would be to buy a "trainer" and a "number 1", but I know your a broke ass high school n00b  so get the trainer if you decide to buy one.

If you do anything....request one of their catalogues. They are very cool.

Ah thanks bro. And low reps (even if it is near failure) would be better for strength anyway would it?

Im thinkin of gettin off my fat brit ass and gettin a job anyway

With the grippers I like to mix it up. High reps, low reps with holds, etc. I basically play around with them. No real set routine.

Yes, I said low reps because you said I wouldnt be able to close them for many reps even if I wanted to, so I meant well anyway only doing them to low reps would build more strength so maybe its not such a downside....
