As soon as I can get 4 of my friends to help peel this bench shirt off of me, I'm making calls to Westside, Kirk Karwoski, Ed Coan, and the other boys & start organizing a march. Granted it will be a short march since it hurts like hell to walk too far in a squat suit, but the point will be made.

Dude, back in the day we used to have some world class PLers posting here. No joke!

All the BBers probably scared them off talking about things we don't understand like isolation machines and "hamstring days."

With me here its like have an old dude version of Mendy (except I don't just bench), Karwoski and Coan all wrapped up into one. Except I'm not even good enough to spot any of those guys.

But I'm keeping the light on!
