My log that im doing for PRE-CYCLE.

Test 400mg weeks 1-12
Anavar 60mg weeks 6-12
Also taking HCG, Aromasin, Clomid, Nolva, PP's Recovery Stack and POST CYCLE

Ok so i skipped lifting for about 6 weeks now, and i am very depressed about that. WTF! Im getting my membership tomorrow so I will be able to work out 4 times a week.

Day 1: Chest/Cardio
Day 2: Back
Day 3: Cardio
Day 4: Shoulders/Arms
Day 5: Legs/Cardio
Day 6: OFF

I will not have a set diet till June since that is when i will be married (i know its young, wtf am i doing with my life, etc. but its gonna happen). I will just try to eat a lot of protein until i have my set diet. Heres what my planned diet will be.

DIET: 4,200 calories. P/C/F 48%/31%/21%

6:30AM: 1 scoop Whey
7:00AM: Cardio
7:30AM: 2 scoops whey, 1 banana, 1 cup oatmeal
9:30AM: 8oz chicken, 1 sweet potatoe, 1 serving broccoli, 2 tbsp ANPB
12:00PM: 8oz chicken, 1 fruit, 1 cup cottage cheese
3:00PM: 8oz meat, 1 sweet potatoe
4:00PM: Weights
6:00PM: Post W/O - 3 scoops glycomaize, creatine
6:30PM: 2 scoops whey
7:00PM: 8oz meat
10:00PM: 1 can tuna, 2tbsp ANPB, 1 tbsp olive oil
Supps On CYCLE and after: Whey, multi, glycomaize, creatine


Until my cycle, i will not be taking any supps either as i have to save money for my wedding, house, etc. Tomorrow I am going to find my max lifts at each basic lift for every muscle group. I cannot do legs because i broke my leg and it is still healing. IDK if i can even do deadlifts, but ill try. Basically I want to find my max for each lift so i can start training around it.

Chest: Bench
Back: Deadlift
Shoulders: DB Military
Biceps: BB Curls
Triceps: Weighted dips
Abs: Hanging leg raises
Legs: N/A


My goals are to get to 190 before i start my cycle. And to bench 300. I put up 295 on 12/14. That was after a PH cycle though (2 weeks into PCT) and right before i took a break from weight training. I continued doing pushups, pullups, and abs, but did not do any heavy compound lifts. I hope i can at least bench 275 still. At 5'9", i think that is a very reasonable amount of muscle to consider myself a candidate for steroids. 21 is young, however i have done careful researching for 2 years now. Im still learning, as it is and always will be a learning process, but i feel like i am making a safe educated choice. I also plan on going on HRT sometime in my life, hopefully a lot later.


Ill be updating this every day, or try to every day. Like i said my diet is not spot on right now, but i will be working out and working out hard. No set routine , just 6-10/12 reps on every lift. (except abs and calves, 20+) Thanks for reading everybody

No problem, im trying to keep down my gains anyway and track my progress so i might as well do it here on EF! So much support from you guys and its much appreciated, ill try and be detailed as possible but not just rambling. A lot of guys are around my height/weight so it might be useful for some who read.

Day 2: Chest

Had my first w/o with heavy weights in about 6 weeks. My workout wasnt great, but loved being in the gym again.

6 weeks ago i benched 295x1. Then about 3 weeks ago I benched 275x1. Heres what i did today


Warmup 70lb db presses x10

Bench:
135x10
185x12
205x8
225x4
245 (1) -- coudnt get it up

Reverse grip bench:
135x8

DB Press:
75x8


And a couple sets of curls. This was barely even a workout., I think my body just isnt used to it, and ive been doing construction the past 2 weeks. 3 weeks ago i also put 105x8 on db presses. Today i only did 75 haha but i think in about a month ill be doing the 95's.

u wont need the aromasin unless you are hyper sensitive. 400mg a week is low, you are young and look pretty lean, aromatization shouldnt be a problem for you. what ester is the test? how are you running the HCG
 
Yeah, if you are on a quest for perfection then you may want to start with a gym membership and to workout more than one day a week. lol

Just picking at cha, but the title of the thread kinda invited it.
 
Not to pick on you, but I don't think you are giving your legs enough attention compared to your upper body. Essentially you are working your arms for 3 days in your routine, but your legs just one.

Just a thought.

I just will have the aromasin on hand. 12.5mg E3D until bloat goes away.

Test is cypionate, and im probably adding prop in for the first 4 weeks for a kickstart. HCG 250iu 2x EW (Mon/Thur) week 5-16

I am stil recovering from a broken leg, but in this routine i am working legs, chest, back and shoulders 5 times a month. You count arms when i do back (biceps) and chest (triceps)? I will only be isolating those muscle groups and trying to establish a mind muscle connection, and flex the muscles at the peak of every rep, so i only work the specific muscle out.

Yup, I do count arms on those days. I also count your arm specific day. That's 3 days of arms vs one of legs. I'm just concerned that you may end up being a little top heavy. But if you are still nursing a broken leg that makes sense.

What is your leg routine? What are you able to do?

If you're able to do squats on leg day and then your deads on back day I think you'll be good to go.
 
Day 6: Cardio

Sex is great cardio, haha and i have a little room in my brothers closet underneath the stairs. My whole body was pumped after 45 minutes so i call it better than nothing. Tomorrow i have construction for 8 hours but im also getting a membership so ill be able to work out everyday w/ iron starting tmr night or the next day!
