Lifting for 5 years
Ok so i skipped lifting for about 6 weeks now, and i am very depressed about that. WTF! Im getting my membership tomorrow so I will be able to work out 4 times a week.
Day 1: Chest/Cardio
Day 2: Back
Day 3: Cardio
Day 4: Shoulders/Arms
Day 5: Legs/Cardio
Day 6: OFF
I will not have a set diet till June since that is when i will be married (i know its young, wtf am i doing with my life, etc. but its gonna happen). I will just try to eat a lot of protein until i have my set diet. Heres what my planned diet will be.
DIET: 4,200 calories. P/C/F 48%/31%/21%
6:30AM: 1 scoop Whey
7:00AM: Cardio
7:30AM: 2 scoops whey, 1 banana, 1 cup oatmeal
9:30AM: 8oz chicken, 1 sweet potatoe, 1 serving broccoli, 2 tbsp ANPB
12:00PM: 8oz chicken, 1 fruit, 1 cup cottage cheese
3:00PM: 8oz meat, 1 sweet potatoe
4:00PM: Weights
6:00PM: Post W/O - 3 scoops glycomaize, creatine
6:30PM: 2 scoops whey
7:00PM: 8oz meat
10:00PM: 1 can tuna, 2tbsp ANPB, 1 tbsp olive oil
Supps On CYCLE and after: Whey, multi, glycomaize, creatine
Until my cycle, i will not be taking any supps either as i have to save money for my wedding, house, etc. Tomorrow I am going to find my max lifts at each basic lift for every muscle group. I cannot do legs because i broke my leg and it is still healing. IDK if i can even do deadlifts, but ill try. Basically I want to find my max for each lift so i can start training around it.
Chest: Bench
Back: Deadlift
Shoulders: DB Military
Biceps: BB Curls
Triceps: Weighted dips
Abs: Hanging leg raises
Legs: N/A
My goals are to get to 190 before i start my cycle. And to bench 300. I put up 295 on 12/14. That was after a PH cycle though (2 weeks into PCT) and right before i took a break from weight training. I continued doing pushups, pullups, and abs, but did not do any heavy compound lifts. I hope i can at least bench 275 still. At 5'9", i think that is a very reasonable amount of muscle to consider myself a candidate for steroids. 21 is young, however i have done careful researching for 2 years now. Im still learning, as it is and always will be a learning process, but i feel like i am making a safe educated choice. I also plan on going on HRT sometime in my life, hopefully a lot later.
Ill be updating this every day, or try to every day. Like i said my diet is not spot on right now, but i will be working out and working out hard. No set routine , just 6-10/12 reps on every lift. (except abs and calves, 20+) Thanks for reading everybody
