I would start with BP-157 then make sure you don't have any adverse affects and add TB-500 after.
You don't need to front load TB as it's not like creatine- TB attaches itself directly to actin, which is a protein found in your cells
Over dosing- while no clinical research exists it's reported fatigue and acute hypersensitivity. So start conservatively and add
In terms of cycling- since there is no human research on this it's speculation from everyone- 5 on 2 off, every other day, 8 weeks then break.
Unfortunately everyone at this point is guessing vs having any real clinical data or a study to refer to.
