Rule in Life: Don't be fat

heather isn't going to get fat
she has too healthy of a sexual drive to allow that

I know lots of fat people who live a nice life with nice jobs. Cant blame being jobless and broke and having no life on being fat. It was actually probably the other way around.

the minority
the majority of the obese are upset with themselves
and upset with life
jolly ole fat man is a myth

Sorry Heatherrae.

So anyways. I have a very casual friend who passed away today. She was like 300lbs or so. Every health problem on the planet.

I saw some old pics. Very cute teenager. Full of life and hope for the future. Typical scenario: dated jerks. depressed. started gaining weight early 20's. People started treating her like crap. She got fatter. Now at age 42, she lived at a friends house, had no money, no job, no kids, no bf. Surfed watched tv, rarely left the house, estranged from family. That was her life.

What a sad waste of a life. You can't even call that living. Don't be fat kids. After reading one of my threads - go outside and do a lap for me.

how depressing! i'm going to to an extra TWO laps for you...tomorrow

yeah of course theyre upset that they're fat. who wouldnt be. what Im saying is , its not like they suddenly just started eating too much/being too inactive and then woke up fat. there is an underlying reason why lots of people gain that much weight - they're depressed to begin with. when things arent going well, a lot of people turn to food. so many times, if someone gains a lot of weight, its a sign of depression. my weight goes up and down in direct correlation to my mood or my state of mind. I know that for a fact. its a horrible way to deal with stress, but everyone has their vices. some drink, some do drugs, some overeat.

capiche?

lol @ 'very casual friend'...you fatty-friender you :D

It is so sad, so easy to put on fat, that is what our physiology was designed to do, such an effort to take it off.

There comes a point when people are SO fat, it almost seems like a point of no return, very few seem to have the desire or ability to take it off.

A little bit of fat/chub is really nice, I think some people were meant to have it, it looks good on them, but when it gets to the point when you can't walk without being out of breath.......................

I personally like girls with some meat , volumptious big ol butt and ta ta's with a smooth midsection not fat but just real curvy.
Some guys might call um fat , like a 38dd 28 40 at 5'3 to 5'5 @ 140 - 155lbs

Silly!
This is a classic case of depression. People of all sizes suffer depression. Just ask me, I'm one of them

I put down my old habits for a bag of doritos
I am officially a phat ass
I'll die either way
