Doofus, I still live with a girl I broke up with in 2005. This shit is tired. I'm looking at a nice place that's only $1,400.



Same in L.A. No way you get out for less than 30% unless you live in South Central or East L.A.

Besides, I gots to have reserved parking. Fuck that trying to remember where you parked your car last night and hoping it's still there. In this place I can get my own locked garage for $150.

Man I'll tell you I own my home outright no mortgage on it and taxes are next to nothing. It is a great being without it. YOu have so much more money to enjoy other things and saving up for remodeling is much easier that way as well. I think to many people purchase homes that are way out of there means and end up living house poor for years. When your ready by a starter home that is very reasonable and a fixer upper if you have to it will pay off in the long run.

Palos Verdes, but I'm looking in Redondo. I want to stay in the South Bay area.
