How much RETA do you recommend?

I'm interested in trying retatrutide. How much do you recommend that I go with? I was thinking of starting at 1 mg for 8 weeks, then increasing it to 2 mg for the next 8 weeks, and so on until I hit 4 mg and stay there. Would that work for six months? I'm trying to lose 20 to 30 lb.

I personally used 4 week blocks between dosage increases. I went from 1 to 1.5 and to 2 ect.

I never made it to 4mg at 3mg it was making my calorie intake extremely low so I lowered the dosage back down I’m at 1mg and 20kg lost so far.

Bros, I would definitely hit it 1 or 2 mg to start. Some people go higher, up to 4 or 5 mg.

When it comes to retatrutide, you can certainly do great on just 1 mg a week. Some people do that. If you're really overweight, you can increase it more but 4 mg would be my maximum.

You'll do fine on this dosing protocol. 1-2 mg is perfectly fine. Too many people run it too high.
