how long to see strength gains on winny

well bro seeing as ou have been working out for years and have don other cycles. I would not expect
big gains out of winny. You may have a well trained body and even aas wont give you huge ass gains.
Winny in no way is a big time strength or size aas though.

nothing compares to dbol tho, i mean that shit is made for me. barely dropped any weight after i got off and it got me a bit leaner. but im not expecting to much from winny just hoping it can do me some good
 
i wouldn't expect a noticeable difference on winstrol

nor do i consciously "wait" for an AAS to kick in...especially for strength who cares

just lift and eat and let the hormones do their job in terms of development

today i was doin tricepts and my elbows hurt, but it didnt feel dry like you guys say but more of just a sharp pain, wasnt that intense tho, and the bottom of my bicept where it connects to the elbow constantly feels sore. Do you see increased vascularity only when u work out or can u see it on a regular basis
 
Iv always seen results of winny around week 4 but strength gains arent that much.

see thats what doesnt make sense to me. your not suppose to take it for to long so i would think the effects should kick in fast. alot of ppl only take it for 4 weeks

It does kick in strength wise in a week but muscle hardness & skin definition takes longer depending on how much water weight you are carrying. Also if its UG, it is one of the most under doped gear because it depends how they filter it in production. Not that I really know about the chemistry of Winny.:cool:
 
dude yeah at 14% bf you won't notice any leaning out effects from winny, maybe some increased vascularity in forearms, but it's nothing like dbol

dbol you'll see the weight move up every time you hit the same rotation in the gym.

winstrol is kind of a crap drug imo, i hate the joint sides with it, it is a good complement to test b/c it controls the bloat.

honestly man you seem like you wanna run something like

dbol/test/eq cycle, you seem like you've run like 3 short oral cycles at this point and been disappointed by all of them.

seriously you should just start taking higher dosages of mass builders if you want those massive JUICED up gains.

test 500mg/wk eq 600mg/wk dbol 35mg/day (wk1-4) 12 wks.

that will give you the gains i think u've been looking for all along. i think we all like the IDEA of winstrol and var when we start out (leaning out getting shredded) but in reality the effect isn't noticeable unless you're already 90% there and you need that little extra bit of tightness/hardness/vascularity or you're an athlete and need good endurance and lower weight gain

dude i think i could take a 4 wk cycle of winny and look exactly the same as before i started, maybe just a tiny bit more definition, honestly i feel like i can make better gains naturally if i'm jsut going for mass and strength, estrogen is very anabolic.
