I'm not worried one bit. In fact I feel good since I can put more effort into turning my wife into a world class athlete. In the course of 12 weeks she is now doing a 5x5 with her 1 rep max on bench press. That's unheard of. And she still has 3 weeks left to increase her numbers. Her 1 rep max when we started September 1st was 198. This Friday she is scheduled to do 203 for 5x5. Next week she has 209x5x5 scheduled and I believe she will do it.

Look at all her muscles under tension doing deadlifts.

Rotator cuff with bicep cleanup and other shit. I told you it hurt like crap and coild hearing it tear. I will be back stronger is what my surgeon said. He is #1 on west coast for shoulder replacements. He performs over 500 per year and said I will be Superman when it's healed.

PT said I will be able to start pushing weight again in 2 weeks according to my progression. Said I am recovering at an alarming rate. Basically said I am recovering twice as fast as expected. I can already reach above my head at 100%. Raising hand off to the side on Monday I measured 90 degrees. Today I measured 110 degrees. Fast progress

2000 cals 200-225 grams protein. Lots of pumpkin seeds for fiber and healthy fats.
At least 40 grams collagen daily.

Very possible considering my training is on the lighter side for the next few months. Legs will be the only muscle group getting attacked hard. I'm in no hurry to get stronger in upper body until my tendons are near 100%. It won't take long for me to pick on the muscle once I'm cleared to go. Will most likely use insulin IGF-1 and hgh on my next bulk cycle.

Been awhile since I've posted. Been benching regularly lately and today I did a 3rd bench session of the week. Went up to 198 lbs for 3 sets of 5 on close grip. Very happy with the speed of my shoilder recovery. The wife tore a tendon in her hamstring so we are targeting upper body for the next 4 weeks. The doc said one of the tendons is 30% torn and doesn't need surgery. He said it should be completely healed in 6 weeks so that is good. The bad thing is she has to skip nationals and we had a real good shot at her getting lifter of the meet based on dots scoring. She was on track for a 400 lb squat in knee sleeves, 250 lb bench, and 475 lb deadlift. She is way ahead of the world records in her age class right now so this setback will only make her better. Now we know her weak spot is her hamstrings. I will post my log for yesterday and today later tonight or in morning. Here is some recent pics of RoidRageWife.
