Check in with coach yesterday. The past week (maybe two) I have been overshooting my macros a bit. Especially on the fats which I try to keep <60g/day.
Self inflicted as I bought some snacks to eat at work but don't have the self control to only eat a few. Threw them all out a few days ago.
Regardless, weight has been fairly steadily rising to about 91kg. Abs still on display so we are both happy.
We both noticed a bit of fatigue so he's given me some extra carbs to squeeze out some extra reps to failure this week before a deload and bloodwork.
Pretty nice shot of my back in Everett Apparel gear - really nice clothes if anyone is looking.
And if anyone has some tips for low carb, low fat snacks (salty stuff preferably) I am all ears.
