best steak options?

looking for some opinions and thoughts on the best types of stakes that you recommend for bodybuilding and for meal prepping
I have a list of steaks:
ribeye
New York strip
T-Bone
sirloin
flank steak
porterhouse
or filet mignon
which one do you all recommend?

you have to cook the steak perfectly or you're wasting your money

Not for BB per se but my personal preferences are either Rib-Eye or Tomahawk. Dry aged, grass fed.
