125 /week sustanon
Pin every Sunday and Thursday
Proviron 25mg from magnum pharmaceuticals every day (let me know if this is necessary to still run; I dropped it down from 50 mg from my Deca NPP and sustanon cycle)
25 Mg Aromasin
8 caps nutrissa cycle support every day
Running this for 2-3 months until I hop back on probably just NPP and sustanon for a bulk cycle.

Normal supplements are as follows:
Morning:
300 mg alpha GPC
100 mg Uridine
2000 mg Walmart brand mushroom complex (lions mane and cordyceps extract)
1000 mg fish oil
250 mg epicatechin
200 mg L-Theanine
20 mg Bioperine
500 mg Cissus Quadrangularis
235 mg Phenylpiracetam
10 mg noopept
1 dose of gnc megamens sport
4 caps Nutrissa cycle support
25 mg Aromasin daily

Let me know if it’s cool, but I would like to continue the keto I got going on right now, it feels good.

Should I decrease the reps and keep the same sets per movement?

Or should I decrease the sets per movement and keep the same number of reps?

If yes to either can I increase weights?

I thank everyone for the kind words and the massive amounts of knowledge/tinkering with my set up on the cycle I just finished!

I really want to do a bulk cycle after chilling out for a bit, so please check and advise when and what I should run/ how long I should wait.

Decrease reps and weights and sets = decrease your training by 50% all around
you should go less to lower cortisol but keep cardio around 30min ED if you can

how long? I would stay on cruise self TRT for 8 weeks to start off

Where your bloods at on 125mg
I will try to run bloods next week, my last big pin of sustanon (like 200mg) was thursday of last week, should I wait to get bloods or will it not matter if I get them next week?

What’s up boys, took last week off, It’s getting cold we’re I’m at and I have lots of stuff to do, no gym all last week, went on Friday for bloods, will take a week or so for results. Went to gym today; didn’t plan on it so I didn’t take meal pics but I have stayed on the keto and still look pretty good imho. I am likely going to settle into gym every other day as I still have lots to do before it gets cold.

IMO I'd have you do 6 x 10 of ONE grip width and then do the other the next time you train back.

The cheeseburger casserole has no carbs, the sushi was not a usual meal, it was at like 530 and didn’t get to bed till around 12. Also rocking the berberine pills (Slin) before each meal
