Speedbump in cycle

That's kinda where I'm at right now.

You know youre sick, when you've been home for a week and only fapped once. And that was just to see if it would help me sleep! It didn't.

Mono can be transmitted just through sharing a drink . Z-pack is not obsolete and I'm 99.9 % sure what ever you have is not immune to azithromycin , though it is a possibility you have contracted a anti-body resistant pathogen .. Doubt it though Stay positive . Maybe u do just need to stop the cycle man . Steroids suppress your immune system . Not saying that stopping the cycle is going to cure you but it might be a step in the right direction

At this point, stopping the cycle wont do anything to make me better. This shit will be on my system for weeks. I was thinking to save it and start again.

I'm too far in for that. If after a week from today, I don't feel like my old self, I will shut her down. Then there is something seriously wrong here.

Down 12 lbs as of today. First day feeling well enough to train since NYE. Hit back. Pull downs, deads, and tbar. Strength was pretty solid. Endurance was lacking. Did 2 drops on tbar and just about passed out.

Had my shake after ! Then swung through McDonald's for 2 fish sammiches. First time eating anything but soup or mac n cheese in about 10 days. It was nice to taste "food" again. Needed cals more than anything.

Hopefully I can train again tomorrow. Gotta take it easy. Easier said than done.

Hoping for a speedy bounce back. Luckily, muscle memory is a motherfucker!

lol @ mc donalds ,them fish sammichs are pure dirt ....i had a double quarter pounder with cheese today :evil:

you will be back on top of things in 4 weeks or less...

dont jump in too heavy and get a fucked up injury, train smart bro.
