What training split do you use?

I currently Do full body workouts, and I'm looking to change things up.

I have heard of the three day split (push/pull/legs) and the lower/upper body split.

Are there any others? What are you currently using/recommend?
 
Wendlers 5/3/1 which is four daysMon,Tues,Thurs,Fri. Rotate some GVT in there everynow and then which is usually four or five days about the same format. Like 5*5 Mon,Wed,Fri also....thinking about doing it again this winter for a few months.
