Quick Advice Please, want to start a cycle soon.

LOL!!!!! sitting at 8 - 10% BF ... and still wanting to cut some down?! Man ... I think I last had that %BF when I was a para-trooper ... LOL!!!!! I'm jealous! And I'm not even talking to you, Dylan! :D

your already pretty shredded dude. If I were you , I would try and keep the bf% around the same, and just add some more muscle mass. You may end up adding a bit of fat if your trying to add muscle, but it really depends on your diet. And dude, even if you gain a % or 2 of bf, come on now......lol youll still be in great shape if you add any fat.

keep that bf% around the same, and bulk up to around 200, youll be lookin like a beast dude.

Really want my bottom abs to pop out more. Thank you though I appreciate that. I was around 200lbs. before I started cutting down. Thats true I figure if I put on around 10-15lbs muscle I'll still look even more leaner with a 1-2 extra BF% then I do now. Gonna hit the gym now, will check post again later, thanks for all your input.

Thanks man, I've been dieting hard, and killing it at the gym or trying to atleast, Yea thats what I was hoping, I really want to tighten up in my midsection, and wouldnt mind just gaining a few lbs of muscle.

Thank you so much man thats awesome, Yea I like to research anything before I do it, plus I'm a medical student so I have a bit of back ground and knowledge. I think I'll be starting it this week. Do you think I'll experience a lot of side effects, or have a lose alot after the cycle is over with the PCT regimen I have planned?

side effects shouldn't be horrible but if you have high grade anavar it may make you a bit sick right at first... i had that happen to me a bit here but i am also running a lot of other shit with it... you could get some shutdown from it as well but the side effects shouldn't be anything out of the ordinary or unmanageable... thats never a guarantee because we all react differently to different things but i don't see you having too much trouble...

as far as keeping gains, my friend, that is up to you... i hear so many people say that its hard to keep gains and all the bull shit... not true at all... its the people that quit working hard after their cycle or fall off on their diets, etc... that lose gains... of course you may lose a few lbs. of glycogen/water but you want to lose that shit... other than that, if you bust ass, you won't lose it.... fuck, i add to my gains because my pct's are extensive and my bridges are fucking better than my actual cycles... its up to you bro...
 
Like Dylan said, as long as you keep your diet and training focused in PCT, you will keep most if not all your gains with the PCT you have planned out. The success of a cycle isn't measured by what you gain during the cycle.....its what you retain AFTER PCT that matters!!
