Most of the time I dont like Heavy metal but when your killing it in the gym its kind of the only music that fits the mood. Hard to bang out dead lifts listening to sophie b. hawkins or snoop dog even.. Just dont get your head into smashing weights like metal does.

Five finger death punch, Hatebreed, Pantera...in that order.

---------------------------------
It's not roid rage, I just don't like you...

Bustin' my ass so I can save yours...

Alright bros! Ill check it all out! Right now I blare alot of deathmetal sort of stuff. Gets old after a while so I wanna switch it up!

2 pac hit'em up. One of the only rap songs i can use for work outs..

lol yeah me too.. you would be surprised how many people tell me they listen to that one.. pretty good song to work up to being angry.

2pac is the only rapper i like anyway, he had actual talent

Yeah bros I love some tupac!! And that "heavier" music isn't to heavy :p

tupac "shorty wanna b a thug"
distubed "pain redefined" "deliver" "Mistress" "Inside the fire" "haunted"
50 cent "G'd up"
Dio "rainbow in the dark" laugh all you want!!
senses fail "buried a lie"
metallica "one"
ace hood "champion" "bout me" "don't get caught slippin"
lil wayne ft paula deanda "easy"
I can't explain why, but if I need motivation for a huge lift it's ALWAYS one of these songs.

It doesn't work for most people I know, but if you have the scottish bagpipe gene, then listening to some bagpipe music can allow you to call forth an inner rage like no other. (it might also help if you spent some time in a british or commonwealth military unit where bagpipes are used as a weapon of war.)
Or else I'm just a freak....

Shadows Fall and Hatebreed have a few REALLY good songs for working out. Just didn't the cut because I forgot them. Lmfao

Redemption is one of my all time favorite lifting songs.

Before Dishonor is fantastic! Hahaha. Used to cover that song as well!
