I remeber this story when it first happened. The homeless man was schizophrenic, and the son of a former sheriff deputy. He was also well know in the Fullerton area amongst homeless advocates. I remember that toxicology reports showed that he was not under the influence of any drugs or alcohol at the time.

The cops were investigating a vandalism report, and the two 1st responders tased him at leas 6 times before beating him with the butts of their tasers. They called for back-up and 6 officers total got involved.

that's interesting cause the whole time the were saying "he's on something, he's on something"....but at the beginning of the video the dude showed zero aggression and seemed to be in full compliance with the wetback cop only showing some mild annoyance with the dude cause speedy was asking him to play knees and toes.

Read this this morning. Amazingly fucked up. He looked like the guy who hit the basket from half court in 'semi-pro' about as scary as a stray beagle. I know police get the shit end of the stick a lot when its not merited, but jackasses like these guys give the boys in blue a bad rap everywhere.
