not really sure what the first cop in the video's problem is...the dude is completely compliant. Second, what is he doing asking the guy to stretch his legs out and put his hands on his knees? What happneed to get down on the ground and put your hands behind your head? And at one point there looks like 7,8 or 9 cops all ngr piled on this guy and no one can get his hands and legs shackled? nah gotta keep beating the dude's head.

well i didn't see a "tude" getting copped until the dude finally said look which is it i'm tired of playing around. And he was right. Nothing the cop was asking him to do made any sense and followed any protocol...especially telling the guy this fist was gonna start beating him cause he wasn't playing twister correctly.

yeah it was, i didn't understand the conversation they were all having with each other either...just tie the dude's hands and legs up, you have "FULL" control over him. I really do think they meant to maim this guy if not kill him.....the "conversation" was just for the benefit of the officer's audio recorders so in court it would sound like they were still having trouble subduing the guy.
