You should keep track of EVERYTHING you eat at least for a couple days so you have an idea of where your at and where you need to go from here.
I dont see how you are only 145lbs. Its obvious that you are not eating enough. It takes a shit ton of food to put on muscle.
At your weight, you dont even need to eat 3000 calories a day to gain weight.
Chicken, steak, potatoes, rice, yams, avocados, nuts, PB&J's!!!. O ya and did I mention CHICKEN and than some more chicken and than maybe some more chicken stuffed chicken with a chicken sauce!!! get it? its cheap, lean and high in protein. EGGS!!!!!!!!!!!!!
seriously, if you just ate more and didnt even workout, you WILL gain weight.
U have a fast metabolism? eat a bunch of shit for a while. Burgers, pizza, burritos and shit. It WILL slow your metabolism down.
