I am losing my shit...

Doesnt matter what time of the day you eat just give urself a caloric goal each day and achieve that goal whether it be in 3 meals or 6 meals you choose. Dont feel imprisoned by time or anything just eat wen u can but make sure u reach ur caloric goal

Thank you for listening! It makes me feel great that the EF crew got through to you and has saved you from permanently altering your life for the worse. Seriously YOU WILL GAIN. I still am gaining all natty. I just learn and learn some more every day. Everyone thinks I took roids because I built my physique so fast. I was a skinny pussy 10 months ago and now I look pretty damn good. Gained 30+ lbs of muscle and lost fat.

My friends call me roids, and if you listen to all the gurus on here you will gain like you are on steroids like i have. Its amazing what the body is capable of. And dont blame it on a fast metabolism... Trust me I have the worst genes for bodybuilding... All my brothers are skinny wimps. Its all about commitment bro.

Same here. I was always a bean pole up until i was about 20. I'm 24 not and i can say that not even till this year did i really have it down as far as training and calories. I'm all natural 6"2" 218 lb and i'm still making gains in strength and weight. Everyone makes jokes about roids and stuff but the funniest part is I know a handful of guys at work that are juicing who will never be as big or push as much weight as me. I will not consider starting a cycle until i am around 230-240 and my strength gains really come to a halt. Deca will not heal a torn ACL either. If it is completely torn, nothing will. If it is a partial small tear there MIGHT be other thing like prolotherapy or certain peptides that can help speed the healing process but i would still stay away from those as they have their own side effects. Go to a local butcher and start a tab. Eat everything and the force feed just a little to cap it off.
 
It was completely torn. 20cm of my hamstring was cut and used to make a new one. I want to grow the HAMSTRNG back, bro. Three years man. Far too long to deal with this crap.



I tore my delt doing a bench press, the thing is is the nerves torn are not interconnected you may not have a chance to grow that area back, but ! the good news is you can compensate for your injury in working the muscles around it,
I had shock treatment , that would show if the nerves were still connected, so were, some weren't, I was told if i was a professional my career would be over, Fast farward 15 Yrs I competed and won (masters)
 
Hey man if you try to heal your acl to fast you will tear it again. It takes time I tear mine for the second time and the doctor said I didn't let it heal long enough.

Man that really sucks.

Good news is your gear will be good for a few years beyond 2014 so don't let it be an excuse to use it now or soon.

Stick to the physical therapy. If you are not going to a PT then start. It is a slow road back but it is there for you to take.

Also, I hope you stick around EF. Share and learn. I am in physical therapy for a shoulder injury now and I can tell you I am frustrated with the progess but that is temporary. I plan to heal correctly, 100% and then come to back and eventually be stronger then before.
