I am losing my shit...

I see guys like the OP at the gym all the time, they aren't hardcore bodybuilders.. they aren't serious. they might come a couple times a week, they do 30 minutes of curls, some hammer machines.. socialize with some girls and the front desk people.. then leave. this is why steroids are unnecessary for you my friend right now. if you want to get serious then start with learning how to workout and diet first. below in my signature i have a very easy to follow 3 day split that many out there use including me. and I also have a bulking diet. follow both of those for the next year and you will get better results then all the steroids in the world could give you.

if you juice now and don't have your diet and workouts down then when you come off at whenever time you will just quit on the gym and will end up skinnier than you are now.. i see it happen all the time.

**Edited to be kinder.

OP please listen to the pros here trying to help you save your health. Bottom line, you are not ready for AAS.

I will add one more thing then will be done unless the OP asks a serious question and proves he is willing to listen..

there are 3 times of the day that food is the most crucial when trying to build muscle. fail on this and you will fail to build muscle.

1. upon waking
2. before a workout
3. after a workout

you need several things with those 3 meals if you want to feed the muscles. nitrogen (protein), glycogen (carbs/cals) [Samir Bannout mr olympia says this], vitamins/minerals (some fruit, lotsa veggies)

otherwise throughout the day eat every 2 hours. you should also always have water in your hands. watch at the gym the top guys and notice they always have water being carried around (or they constantly go to the water fountain)

and here are some foods that will give you an advantage in bulking in no particular order (PM radar for a full list)

1. chicken/turkey/grassfed beef
2. brown rice
3. GREEEN veggies
4. sweet potato
5. organic waffles/pancakes with honey
6. cagefree EGGS!!

try to hit atleast 4 or 5 out of these 6 EVERDAY!! if you hit all 6 then you get an A+ for the day. most everyone on this form who bulks is nodding their head at this list cause they hit all 6 and don't even realize it. these are bulking staples

Wow. Idk even know where to start here. However I will say that I hope the OP heeds the advice given and does some training and bulking natty before jumping on gear. I know I wish I had trained natty alot longer than I did when I was young and dumb. I wanted an easy way out. Well there are none. Now I am 40 will never come off and work my ass off just to look decent. Had I built the proper foundation when I was say 21, I would not have to work as hard to maintain what I have gained. The foundation would be set. OP I know that some of these guys sound harsh but bro, listen to what they are saying. If you plan on being in this for the long haul that is. Steve I hit 5 out of 6 on that list and I am cutting. NO WAFFLES~Lmao!

I think what everyone is saying is you can add some serious size just by doing some basic lifting, [ie: heavy squats, dead lifts ], incline and decline, flat...barbell bench, with a spotter. Add some Creatine and some protein, etc....

That way you will get to know the REAL YOU -BODY. The point with most on the board who use gear, is we know our body, weknow what one thing will do or how it will help or hurt us, due to understanding and watching the gains from when we were younger.

I kow it's not what you want to hear bro' and by all means you can take what you want, but do some heavy eating and heavy eating before you do some heavy cycling !

Good luck. Be safe. Peace.

Trade off brown rice with white? And sweet potatoes with regular?
Come on boys, I'm needing advice for recovery. To get this hamstring back in shape from the ACL tear. They took 20cm out of my hammy. Right leg (dominate) I can only curl 40-45lbs on a good day. Not many reps before cramping the hell up. Left leg is at 120. I've spent too much money on supplements and physical therapy to have rarely any results. I bought gear to fix that. I work hard. I want to play college sports but I'm on a schedule for that to happen. I need a quick fix. You guys live for the gym, I live for soccer. I hated lifting in school. I turned to it to help myself out though 16 months ago cause I'm tired of not being able to do what I enjoy. And don't say I don't work hard. I know if you guys got injured and couldn't lift, you'd be finding anyway possible to recover to get back to what you enjoy. I've been waiting three years to return. And I've been working my ass off. So now, lets help me fix this this from a different angle since you're all vetoing my gear. Please and thank you. And I appreciate the non-assholes this time around.

But I also want to buff up as to not have a repeat of the injury. The guy that helped tear my ACL was the black version of the incredible hulk. Leg the size of my torso.

If I can list off all my supplements plus majority of what I eat throughout a day, any more advice with that would be good to know also.

Steve, you just made me hungry. I really do eat all that every day. Well, my meat is primarily chicken but I get lean steak every time I go to the grocery store, too, but it does cost more to eat a lot of it. Don't forget oatmeal!

To the OP, steroids aren't magic. What is going to happen is, you are going to take them, you will get stronger, you are going to mess your joints and tendons up because you either don't already work out or haven't in a long time... being 145 pounds and all. You are using them for a "quick fix" and will probably become reliant on needing steroids to even want to work out. You have a long life ahead of you. Don't go out here tearing your body up at such a young age from impatience.

I've been reading the deca helps with the joints. But I understand. And like I said, if I did use, it's not going to be a whole cycle. Just a jump start. And I always workout. But I'm stuck on a plateau.
I know they're not magic. Its a mental game. You still work hard.

Some good news shiggyduh, injectables have a fairly long shelf life. That means you can take the advice you have been gifted with here and then eventually be ready to make the most of a cycle.

it's not going to be a whole cycle. Just a jump start.

Jumpstart using test and deca? That just makes no sense. Please don't. Learn as much as you can about diet and exercise so you can build a solid foundation. Some of the smartest vets around have provided you with specific direction. Take it and sick around and be a part of our EF community.

no, steroids are not a 'jump start'... they shut you down, so it is best to run a full cycle if you are going to use them, i dont care what you take, your body has to recover from aas as well...
deca is great on joints btw...
