ask the doctor if you'd be a good candidate for the oral appliance. You'd be fitted for a mouthpiece that would bring your lower jaw forward a bit to allow you to breath unobstructed. It's a lot more convenient than the CPAP. Usually people with mild to moderate OSA are good candidates.

Insurance should cover it as long as you get referred for it, otherwise they run around $1,200.

Well study results said my OSA is Severe, my "longest" breath was 30 seconds, with an average respirarory interruption of 46 times per hour, so I cant breath right for even 2 minutes

So it's like $150 and an extra fifty to throw in sum contrast.
