Goal is to bulk and then cut, so I guess it would just be a clean bulk.

I have been out of the game for a while except getting in the gym every once in a while to lift and run a little, but I have really gotten myself in a slump and I'm in terrible shape physically. So when I saw there was a chance to compete with others to transform yourself into a more fit and healthy person, I figured this was just what I need for motivation. Anyway this is a general idea of what I'll be doing for the next three months.

I'll be lifting mon, tues, thurs, friday
And doing HIIT after every workout. On wednesday and Saturday ill be doing something different every time probably something like sprints at the track or a light day at the gym.

I'm going to keep a high calorie diet at first to get the most out of my cycle then cut carbs down and start trying to lean out near the end.

Oh yeah I'll will be posting pictures, diet, and cycle tomorrow.
All on cycle and pct will be NTBM products already placed my order today, and got some forged liver support, hcgenerate, post cycle and unleashed combo, double pack of unleashed, and some forma stanzol
 
Went to the gym just now and found out there is no squat rack just a smith machine, so that sucks then to make matters worse I had 225 pounds on the bar squared down for a atg and the fucking bar stuck half way up. So needless to say no squats for me today

Rest of day looked like this
Leg press 12x225 10x315 8x425
Leg extensions I done a drop set
8x70 8x60 8x50 I done this for 3 sets
Legs curls 10x90 3sets

Then I done HIIT walk 1 minute sprint 2. Planned on doing this for 20 minutes, but after about 6 minutes my legs started to tingle lol I pushed threw it and finished strong for 11 minutes.

I am also nursing a arm injury so I will be going light on upper body days. And for this reason I will not be starting my bulking cycle till my elbow is 100%
 
Oh yeah since I am not starting my cycle for another month, I started taking unleashed today to try and give me a edge while I'm rehabbing my elbow. And I have to say I took it 30 minutes before workout and I felt great at the gym like I had extra motivation and a feeling of well being.

P.S. Only down side was I got a hard on while at the gym lol is this common side effect while taking unleashed?considering the gym was empty there was nothing there to arouse me lol Just saying I'll prolly be taking another dose tonight

Ok, I just looked at your pics bro. Forget cutting. Right now all of your concentration needs to be on putting on slabs of muscle. Yep you might gain a teeny weeny bit of fat but so what? Your still gonna look awsome!
You dont have any need for any cut and with your consistant workout even more so.

If you do this you will not gain any appreciable amount of muscle bro. I really strongly suggest that you just forget this and eat a HUGE but CLEAN diet and lift big ass weights.

Bad news today went to see a therapist about my elbow and he said no lifting for 4-6 weeks, so any ideas on how I'm supposed to bulk?

Anyway I just went ahead and done legs again
Squat
Leg press
Leg extensions

Abs
Roman chair sit ups and done them on my side to hit obliques

Took unleashed before I went and despite the bad mood I was in from the bad news still felt great and had some extra aggression.
 
Pt today wasn't to bad, I started lifting again and it hurt like a bitch

3x10 triceps extension 15ib
Sitting straight and incline curls
3x10 15ib db
Lat pull downs 3x10 70ibs
Row machine 3x10 70ibs

Still feeling good every morning after I take a dose of unleashed, and just happy to be lifting again...even though it's not much

PT again today woke up with my arm sore as hell and stiff, they told me it was normal and had me doing more curls...anyone else have to rehab a body part? Is it supposed to hurt so damn bad?
 
Unleashed is the shitz! I'd take a 3 30 mins before a work, have a killer work out and come home to great freaky with the Mrs. orgasms are always super intense!!

How'd you hurt your elbow bro? That Sucks. I would defiantly give your elbow the rest it needs....keep the weights light, work the hell out of your legs and do some cardio. You may not get the size you're looking for but you be in good shape when that elbow heals and you can jump on that bulk.

Monday
Squat 3x10 100 100 100
Front squat 3x10 90 90 90

Tuesday
Squat 3x10 105 105 105
Front squat 3x10 95 95 95

Still rehabbing the arm it's doing alot better diet is going pretty well taking in about 3500 Cals and 200 grams of protein a day

Have a feeling these squats are going to get hard quick lol

For those of you that don't see the trend I'll be doing squats and front squats Monday Tuesday Friday and adding 5 pounds every trip to the gym..
Sorry bout the absence I stay busy but I'll try to make more time

THis bro rocks guyz and galz.
He has an elbow issue that pretty much precludes working out...BUT...he came to me asked for some help.
Well my thoughts for him were hmmm bro, you be fucked man but there has to be something you can do.
So since squats are next to the ultimate full body excersize (2nd to DL) I told him he needs to be squatting his ass to exhaustion.
Well as we can all see this bro took the ball and is running with it.
This is gonna be very educational for all of us and I am looking forward to seeing the results.
Of course diet is gonna be crucial for you also flash. If you have any diet questions or concerns at all be sure and put em in here or feel free to pm me.

Ima think you just might be able to do it cuz the load is actually not on your elbows.

:evil: 3x15, just add them in on every workout. But then alternate them with front squats on the order you do em, like this

Week x
Mon Ft Sqts, Bk Sqts, Z Sqts
Wed Bk Sqts, Z Sqts, Ft Sqts
Fri Z Sqts, Ft Sqts, Bk Sqts.

In order to maintain this you gonna have to everything clean that is not nailed down bro and get all the rest you can. On workout days you gonna wanna carb up before your workout. That will help you out a lot.

2-3 grams of protein per Lb of body weight.

This is gonna be a very stressful program but you also gonna be one big strong dude at the end too bro.
Keep up on your posting and dont be afraid to pm me anytime.

Because we are adding in the Z squats lets drop your sets to 2 working sets for each, (Ft Sqt, Bk Sqt and ZSqt.

You dont need to be concerned about any additional warmups. Just do a mild WU first thing.
Something like Bike 5-10 min@moderate pace. Body weight squats 3x10. Then do a few sets of whatever squat is the hardest for you with WU weights and your g2g. On to your work sets.

Keep up that good determination and work ;)

I'm sorry to inform everyone but I will be dropping out of the competition.
I and my friends and family have been effected by the recent tornados in KY. I do not have time to go into further detail but I wish you all good luck.
