hi all!
i'm looking into putting on a heap of muscle, so have decided to go down the injectable road
ive got my diet pretty much in check (i think), and think i have a pretty good training routine
i have also done plenty of oral only cycles, mainly Dbol as i have a very fast metabolism!
So basically i want to do my first injectable cycle and have been told by a few pals that the best thing to go for is:
test enanthate or test equipoise 1-10/12 week 500ml a week
dianabol 1-4 week 40mg per day
clomid & nolvadex 20mg per day for 2-3 weeks at the end of the cycle
im not all that sure about the injectable steroid side but know a lot about the orals.
all support and advice will be much appreciated and before people start moaning about going on to other peoples threads to read, i already have done and would rather a tailored answer to my question rather than reading what someone else has been told.
also, i know that when your on steroids you can train harder, longer and faster but was just wondering whether there are any specific workouts out there tailored towards people using steroids.
also if there is anything anyone could add to the cycle that would be great
